Meet The Team

Fred Morris
Certified Financial Planner

Fred Morris is the founding member of our Team. Fred started Vision Financial Services in 1990 as a tax preparation service. By 1993, he had expanded his business to include small business bookkeeping, financial and estate planning and personal life and disability insurance products. In 1999, he earned his Certified Financial Planning™ (CFP) designation and was well on his way to establishing a successful financial service business in downtown Fergus. For more than 25 years Fred’s clients have trusted his tax and investment advice and have come to appreciate his unique ability to clearly explain the complex concepts of money management.

Sheldon Morris
Certified Financial Planner

Sheldon Morris joined the Vision Financial Services team in 2006. Building on his expertise in Income Tax Preparation and advising on Investment Funds, he successfully completed his designation as a Certified Financial Planner™ in January of 2009. Committed to Vision Financial Services’ high standard of customer services, Sheldon looks forward to assisting a new generation of Canadians reach their unique financial goals. Marilyn Bridge
Personal Financial Planner

Marilyn has recently joined the team at Vision Financial Services as an Advisor, providing clients with personal financial planning, investing advice and life insurance products. 

Marilyn spent many years in the financial services industry before joining Vision Financial and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience as a Financial Planner assisting clients to reach their financial goals. 

Marilyn lives in Fergus, with her husband Wayne and has 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren. In her spare time Marilyn enjoys reading, gardening and cooking. 

Terry Holmes

Terry has spent most of her career working in customer service as a bank loan officer, an investment clerk and now as an Administrative Assistant. In August of 2018, Terry took over her duties where her easy-going personality and organizational skills has made her a perfect addition to the Vision team. Terry is a new resident to Fergus having moved here with her husband Mike and son Tanner in May 2018. She thoroughly enjoys interacting daily with all our clients as well as keeping the office running smoothly.

Susan Hirtle

Susan Hirtle has been with Vision Financial Services since May of 2003 and has provided bookkeeping and payroll services for small businesses. Her easy going personality and knowledge of the regulatory challenges facing small businesses has made the administrative burden much easier for her clients to manage.

Laura Feenstra

Laura Feenstra started her career with Vision Financial Services in 2000. After taking a few years off to raise her family, she rejoined the team in 2018 as our front desk receptionist. Laura is the perfect person to greet our clients with her warm smile and pleasant personality as they enter our office. In addition, Laura also doubles as our accounts payable, and accounts receivable clerk. Laura, her husband Will and their four children reside just outside Elora in Inverhaugh.
